Even though The Coach Natalie was already an established product, it needed a fresh appearance to provide its intended benefits and assist users in easily navigating the website.

The lack of a coherent arrangement and smooth flow on the site posed navigation challenges for users, thereby increasing the risk of extended downtime for users interacting with the product.

One of the crucial aspects of the product was to onboard clients for coaching. This required a seamless and interactive flow to enable them to input all the necessary info needed to schedule their appointments.

The preexistence of this product played a pivotal role in enabling us to gather essential information directly from the previous version of the site.
